As long as it’s not raining I’m going to get out and keep at this mural. Today I put in the green and pinstripe work. The pinstripe is causing me some problems because the texture of the wall is so extreme. On one hand the lines aren’t close to straight as I paint over gravel and air bubbles in the cement. The air bubbles also scoop paint off the brush and cause runs after I have moved on. There is a little bit of color touch up to do before I move on, but if all goes well I’ll have the third coat finished tomorrow and can start painting the windows in. If the weather holds, It will Saturday when I can pack up my gear and call it done. Here’s knocking wood.

BTW: I saw this flower bush next to the wall and thought it was very beautiful. Anyone know what it is:
