This morning was nice and cool so I biked over to Tarzan’s Tree House to paint. The temperature climbed quickly, so I’m glad I chose a spot to paint based on how much shade would be available. I did the painting before the park opened to the the public, then bicycled back to the office where the air conditioner would dry the watercolors. I returned at lunch and finished with the pencil drawing. Sitting on a bench with paper and pencil doesn’t attract a crowd the same way a paint palette and brush does. And as crowded as it gets in the park, I need all the room a can get. So, all in all it was nice to get out and do some personal work since most of the drawings I do now days belong to Mickey and he’s asked me to keep them secret for now. ;D
