Tomorrow begins my drawing trip and I’m excited to get started. Right now I need some rest so I can get up early in the morning. Below are the rest of the sketches since last spring when I began.

This is a view of the West Market as seen through the window of the pizza place across the way. I had the tuna and onion and it was ok. I liked it.
Nadia Hotel, standing on the canal bridge. Somebody was loading furniture into a truck.

The Francis Bacon exhibition. I didn’t go see it. As I sat drawing here, local punk kids entertained themselves scaring pigeons towards the tourists. Life in cities is fun to watch.
Singel Canal and Brouwersgracht. I sat on the lock and watch those long tour boats go by.
St. Nicolaas across from the train station.

Prinsengract. Around 4pm. Lots of people out.
That does it for now. I will leave my computer behind this trip and try to do the rest of this journey with just my phone app.
