My train arrived in Hamburg mid-afternoon. After dropping off my luggage at the hotel I took off on a good walk through town. I was surprised by how nice Hamburg is. I was expecting more industrial looking architecture, but I should have known better. The Warehouse District is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is stunning. So live and learn. No more pre-judging ship building cities.
