tai-koo-fruit-stalls

Today was a good day for painting just because I planned my day better. I got out as early as the first bus and headed to Tai Koo where I’m working. When I began the painting the buildings were in full shade. I finished blocking out the drawing then went to my real job. I took my lunch hour to lay down color. By lunch the sun was overhead and the paint dried quickly. So, things went according to schedule. I will have to start planning all my days like this. Maybe I can start overlapping my work and develop the paintings more. This way I can still produce one a day. Let’s see.

This market is very close to Quarry Bay MTR and sells only fruit. Just down the street is a small stand that sells fried noodles and Shanghai fried buns with meatballs inside. Of course I had that for lunch. And it only cost me $12HK (1.50 US).
