Had a moment to spare, so I drew Cocoon Tower in Tokyo. Thought I bit off more than I can chew at first, but with my headphones playing loud, I persevered. Not too bad.
Cherry blossoms are breaking out all over the city. And even though the weather is overcast and chilly, the mood is very festive and lively. I spent an hour drawing the Yasukuni Shrine and went to find lunch. Noodles sound good.
Spent the day wandering around and seeing the sights in Tokyo. There aren’t always too many places to sit and rest, but I found an empty curb, waxed smooth by skaters, and drew this 10 minute sketch of a street
