Had some rainy weather last night, but today was gorgeous. I had a cappuccino and did an ink wash of Der Koln Dom.
After my coffee I headed up river a few blocks and did another pen and ink of this fountain. Can’t read the plaque, but it was made about 100 years ago.
I like that Cologne has recycled the damage from World War 2 and incorporated the ruins into the new buildings. This was apparent all over the city.
