Another dreary cold day. The mist was heavy this morning and the bus ride from Big Wave Bay was very foggy. I wandered around looking for a covered area on the East side of the island, but nothing really appealed to me. What appeals to me are the Fugain meatballs sold on Chun Yeung Street. I might have mentioned these before. They are fish meat on the outer layer wrapped around a smaller piece of pork. And just to make this beyond ordinary they are stuffed with a clove of garlic. Wow. These are so good for serving in hot pot. The only bad thing about them is that my back pack will smell for a day or two. Not that that will stop me from buying a couple pounds. Makes drawing in the cold all morning worth while. 🙂
